Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026. This policy explains how Argenti AI handles personal information on our marketing website.

Who we are

Argenti AI (“Argenti,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at argenti.ai and related staging or marketing properties (the “Site”). Argenti provides AI assessment, implementation, and advisory services for businesses.

For privacy questions, contact us through our Contact page or by emailing the address listed there when available.

Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit the Site, submit a form, schedule a conversation, subscribe to updates, or otherwise interact with our marketing properties. It does not cover client workspaces, product platforms, or third-party tools we may configure under a separate services agreement—those engagements are governed by their own contracts and notices.

Information we collect

Information you provide. Name, email, phone, company, role, message content, and any other details you submit through contact, newsletter, assessment, or similar forms.

Automatically collected information. IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, and similar diagnostic data. We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies for site operation, analytics, and (if enabled) advertising measurement.

Communications. Records of emails, calls, or meetings you initiate with us.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site
  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information
  • Schedule and deliver consultations or sales conversations
  • Send operational messages and, where permitted, marketing communications (you may opt out of marketing)
  • Analyze aggregate usage and performance
  • Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and users

Legal bases (where applicable)

Where data-protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract or pre-contract steps you request; legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Site and developing our business), balanced against your rights; consent where we ask for it (for example certain cookies or marketing); and legal obligation when we must retain or disclose information.

Sharing

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who host the Site, email, analytics, CRM, scheduling, security, or form processing tools, under obligations to protect the data
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) when needed
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we update this policy and provide any required opt-out.

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember preferences, understand traffic, and measure campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality. If we deploy a consent banner in your region, those choices will also apply.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above—typically for the life of an active conversation or customer relationship, plus a reasonable period for legal, tax, security, and dispute-resolution needs—then delete or anonymize it when practicable.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection rules than your home country. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a denial of a privacy request. To exercise rights, contact us via the Contact page. We may need to verify your request. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable.

Do Not Track. The Site does not currently respond to browser DNT signals in a uniform way; we will update this notice if that changes.

Children

The Site is directed to business audiences and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Automated access and AI systems

Public pages on the Site may be accessed by search engines and automated agents, including AI crawlers. How those systems use publicly available Site content is described further in our Terms of Service and in machine-readable form at /llms.txt. Personal information you submit through forms remains subject to this Privacy Policy and is not an invitation to scrape private submissions.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. Material changes may be highlighted on the Site or by other reasonable notice.
