AI Readiness Assessment

Find out exactly where AI fits in your business — before you commit.

AI is everywhere right now, and the options are genuinely overwhelming. An AI Readiness Assessment cuts through the noise and gives Indianapolis business leaders a clear, honest picture of where AI will create real value for your specific organization — including an AI Bootcamp for your team. No hype. No vendor agenda. Just a plan you can act on.

You get

A prioritized roadmap of AI opportunities ranked by impact and effort

You get

Realistic cost and timeline estimates before you commit to anything

You get

An honest picture of your data and systems readiness for AI

You get

A clear sequence for what to tackle first — and what to leave for later

Six phases. One clear picture
of your AI opportunity.

Each phase of the assessment builds toward a single, practical output: a roadmap your leadership team can actually act on.

PHASE 01
Business & Workflow Discovery
Every good recommendation starts with truly understanding how your business works. We interview your team and map the processes that drive your operation — not just what's on paper.
  • Stakeholder interviews with leadership and core team members
  • Workflow mapping to identify where time is actually being spent
  • Current tools and systems inventory
PHASE 02
AI Opportunity Identification
Not every task is worth automating, and not every problem needs AI. We identify where the genuine opportunities are — and flag clearly where AI isn't the right fit yet.
  • High-impact AI and automation opportunities
  • Quick wins that can deliver results in weeks, not months
  • Areas to avoid where AI isn't ready or won't move the needle
PHASE 03
Data & Systems Audit
AI is only as good as the data and systems behind it. We review what you have, what's usable, and where the gaps are that need attention before you build anything.
  • Data quality and accessibility review
  • Current tech stack evaluation for AI compatibility
  • Gaps that need to be addressed before moving forward
PHASE 04
Prioritized Roadmap
You'll walk away with a plan you can actually execute — a clear, sequenced list of what to build and why, with effort and cost estimates so nothing surprises you later.
  • Opportunities ranked by business impact and implementation effort
  • Estimated costs and timelines for each recommendation
  • A suggested order of operations to follow
PHASE 05
Risk & Readiness Review
We help your team understand what success will actually require — including the change management, data privacy, and compliance factors that derail AI projects that skip this step.
  • Change management considerations for your team
  • Security, privacy, and compliance factors
  • Realistic expectations for what AI can and can't do for your business
PHASE 06
Findings Presentation & Next Steps
We present everything we've found directly to your leadership team — clearly, visually, and with time for questions. You leave knowing exactly where to start and how to move forward.
  • Executive-ready presentation of all findings
  • Q&A with your leadership team to ensure full alignment
  • Clear recommendations on where to begin and how Argenti can help

A plan you can take
anywhere.

The assessment is a standalone deliverable. You own it completely, and you can take it to any partner or use it internally. Most clients choose to continue with Argenti for implementation because we already know their business — but there's no obligation.

Everything is written in plain language. No technical jargon, no consultant-speak. Just a clear picture of where you are and what to do next.

Prioritized Opportunity Roadmap

A written document ranking your AI opportunities by business impact and implementation effort, with clear reasoning behind every recommendation.

Cost & Timeline Estimates

Realistic numbers for each recommendation so you can plan budgets, set expectations with stakeholders, and make informed decisions.

Data & Systems Readiness Summary

A clear view of what your current infrastructure can support and what needs attention before any AI initiative can succeed.

Executive Presentation & Briefing

A visual summary presentation designed for leadership review, with dedicated Q&A time to make sure your team is fully aligned before moving forward.

AI Bootcamp for Your Team

Included in every assessment — a hands-on training session built around the tools and workflows specific to your business. Your team leaves knowing how to actually use AI, not just what it is.

Honest assessments from people
who have nothing to sell you.

We don't earn commissions on AI tools or platforms. Our only incentive is giving you recommendations that are actually right for your business.

No Hype. No Inflated Projections.

We tell you what AI can realistically do for your business — including where it won't help. That honesty is what makes our roadmaps worth acting on.

Business-First, Not Tech-First

Every recommendation is tied to a business outcome. We don't recommend tools because they're interesting. We recommend them because they solve a real problem.

Designed for Decision-Makers

Our findings are written for executives and business leaders, not engineers. You'll understand exactly what we're recommending and why.

Vendor and Model Neutral

We work with Claude, OpenAI, and others. We pick whichever is the right fit for your use case, not the one with the best partnership program.

Clear Roadmap, Not a Pile of Ideas

You get a sequenced plan, not a list of possibilities. We prioritize for you, with the reasoning explained so you can make confident decisions.

Indianapolis-Based, Locally Invested

We're based in Fishers, Indiana — at Launch Fishers — and most of our clients are Indiana businesses. We know the local market, the talent landscape, and the specific pressures Indianapolis companies are navigating right now.

Optional Continuation

When you're ready to build, we're here. But the assessment is a standalone deliverable — no strings attached, no pressure to continue.

What business leaders ask us
before getting started.

What is an AI readiness assessment, exactly?
It's a structured review of your business to identify where AI and automation will have the biggest impact. We examine your workflows, tools, data, and team, then deliver a clear roadmap of prioritized opportunities along with realistic cost and timeline estimates. Think of it as a strategic due diligence process before you commit to building anything.
Do we need to know anything about AI before we start?
Not at all. Most of our clients come to us because they don't know where to start. Part of our job is translating AI into practical business terms so your team understands what's actually possible — and what to be skeptical of.
How long does an assessment take?
Most assessments take between two and four weeks, depending on the size of your business and the number of workflows we're reviewing. We'll give you a clear timeline before we begin so you can plan around it.
Who from your team needs to be involved?
Usually a mix of leaders and team members who know how work actually gets done day-to-day. We keep time commitments light — typically a few interviews and a findings session — and we work around your schedule.
What if our data isn't ready for AI?
That's one of the most common findings, and it's genuinely useful to know upfront. We'll tell you clearly what needs to happen before AI can deliver real results — and that becomes part of your roadmap so you can make progress on it.
What does an assessment cost?
Pricing depends on the scope and complexity of your business. We offer flat-fee packages for most small and mid-sized organizations and provide a clear quote after an initial conversation. No hourly billing surprises. We serve businesses across the Indianapolis metro — from Fishers and Carmel to Westfield, Noblesville, and downtown Indy.
Do we have to work with Argenti after the assessment?
No. The assessment is a standalone deliverable you own completely. You can take it to any partner or execute internally. Most clients do choose to continue with us for implementation — because we already understand their business — but there's no obligation.
